Precision Seamless Welded Pipe
Commonly used domestic materials are generally Q235A, Q235B, 0Cr13, 1Cr17, 00Cr19Ni11, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni11Nb, 16Mn, 20#, Q345, L245, L290, X42, X46, X70, X80, etc.
Among them, X42, X46, X56, X80 and other materials are API standard materials, which are not commonly used materials for pipes in my country.
Welded steel pipe
Welded steel pipe: also called welded pipe, it is cut into narrow steel strips from steel strips, and then cold-worked with molds to wrap them into tubes. Then the special welder welds a pipe seam. The outer weld is polished and bright. The internal burrs of general welded pipes can't be beaten. Only precision welded pipes have internal burrs.
Anti-corrosion points: Welded steel pipes refer to steel pipes with seams on the surface that are welded by steel strips or steel plates that are bent and deformed into round or square shapes. According to different welding methods, it can be divided into arc welded pipe, high frequency or low frequency resistance welded pipe, gas welded pipe, furnace welded pipe, Bondi pipe, etc. According to the weld shape, it can be divided into straight seam welded pipe and spiral welded pipe. Electric welded steel pipes are used in oil drilling, machinery, manufacturing, etc. Furnace welded pipes can be used as water gas pipes, large-diameter longitudinally welded pipes are used for high-pressure oil and gas transportation, etc.; spiral welded pipes are used for oil and gas transportation, pipe piles, bridge piers, etc. Welded steel pipes have lower cost and higher production efficiency than seamless steel pipes.
Straight seam tube
It is made by bending steel plate or steel strip and then welding. According to the weld form, it is divided into straight seam welded pipe and spiral welded pipe. According to the purpose, it is divided into general welded pipe, galvanized welded pipe, oxygen-blowing welded pipe, wire casing, metric welded pipe, roller pipe, deep well pump pipe, automobile pipe, transformer pipe, electric welded thin-walled pipe, electric welded special-shaped pipe and spiral welded pipe.
General welded pipe
Generally welded pipes are used to transport low-pressure fluids. Made of Q195A, Q215A, Q235A steel. It can also be made of other mild steel that is easy to weld. Steel pipes need to be subjected to water pressure, bending, flattening and other experiments, and there are certain requirements on the surface quality. Usually the delivery length is 4-10m, and the fixed-length (or double-length) delivery is often required. The specification of welded pipe is expressed by the nominal diameter (mm or inch). The nominal diameter of welded pipe is different from the actual one. According to the specified wall thickness, the welded pipe can be divided into two types: ordinary steel pipe and thickened steel pipe. 6-17 is the size of welded steel pipe.
There is no need for electric welder and threaded high-frequency resistance longitudinal seam welded pipes, no need to make cross-grounding wires, no need to paint, and save the traditional fusion welding and threading and other complicated construction procedures. Just connect the straight pipe joint to the pipe and the threaded pipe joint to the round steel pipe theoretical weight and the junction box. After positioning, use a special tool to tighten (unscrew) the screw, and use a lock nut to tighten the high-frequency resistance seam weld with the junction box. Set it. The pipe bender can be used to bend the corresponding arc on the spot at the turning point of the pipeline.
Straight seam steel pipes are mainly used in water supply engineering, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, electric power industry, agricultural irrigation, and urban construction in China.
Used for liquid transportation: water supply and drainage.
Used for gas transportation: coal gas, steam, liquefied petroleum gas.
For structural purposes: as piling pipes and bridges; pipes for docks, roads, and building structures.
