Production process route
20g (Ti) boiler plate is a kind of steel with high requirements for comprehensive mechanical properties, relatively pure steel, and the composition of melting components and microalloying elements that are more sensitive to the effects of various properties. The technical route of 20g is: high-quality molten iron → purification treatment → smelting of composition optimization and steel purification → microalloying and refining of molten steel → protective casting → high-quality slab → controlled heating → temperature-controlled rolling → plate shape and thickness control →Control cooling→product.

Smelting and refining process
